Shipping policy

 

At Comfortable In My Skin, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  As much as we’d love to create a faster turn around, this is a small business and we cannot post faster at this stage.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.
  • International: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the location, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ellie@comfortableinmyskin.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
